Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at blesoraofficial@gmail.com or on whatsapp within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account, regardless of payment method including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
