Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@blesora.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  4. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account, regardless of payment method — including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
