Returns

Refunds

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account, regardless of payment method — including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
